Laura felt the “call” to yoga for many years but it wasn’t until she sustained a back injury that it became an absolute necessity. This learning process as well as her background in nursing is reflected in her teaching style. She is mindful of anatomy and injury prevention and the physical benefits of yoga. She also believes strongly in the mental/emotional/spiritual benefits of the practice which leaves one feeling focused, inspired, and committed to a higher path. Yoga needs to be renewing, whether that’s through meditation, flow or fun, there is something for everyone.
Laura received her RYT-200 from Utah Yoga and Wellness and is thrilled to be a part of this new adventure!
