Starr has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years. She recently completed a 200 hour yoga teaching training course—a dream she has wanted to fulfill for over ten years. She loves yoga as a moving meditation pathway to the inner self and now enjoys sharing this love with others through her classes.
Starr loves travel and getting to know diverse cultures and people. In her non-yoga life, she works in community health and helps people access social services and healthcare. She enjoys gardening and time outside with her kids and husband. She loves being outside. She enjoys gardening, hiking, and biking in the mountains near her home with her husband and kids.
